Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for LA Love Life Photography This Booking Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which LA Love Life Photography ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers photography services to its clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). By securing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee of $395 USD is required to confirm any photography session ("Session"). This fee secures the reservation of the date and time for your Session and is credited towards the total cost of the service provided. 2. Rescheduling 2.1 Notice Period: You may reschedule your Session by providing no less than seventy-two (72) hours' notice prior to the scheduled time of the Session. 2.2 Limitations on Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule your Session up to two (2) times. Should you wish to reschedule more than twice, an additional booking fee of $395 USD will be required to secure the new date. 3. Cancellation and No-Show 3.1 Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel your Session for any reason, the booking fee will be forfeited and is not refundable. 3.2 No-Show: Failure to appear at the time of a scheduled Session without prior notice of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. 4. General Terms 4.1 Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to the Session, the end time will not be extended. Sessions delayed beyond thirty (30) minutes will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the booking fee. 4.2 Weather Conditions: If a Session scheduled outdoors is affected by adverse weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the Session to another date at no additional rescheduling fee. 4.3 Changes to Session Details: Any changes to the agreed upon Session details (e.g., location, time) must be communicated and agreed upon at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. 4.4 Payment of Remaining Balance: The balance of the payment for the Session is due on the day of the Session prior to its commencement. 4.5 Delivery of Images: The images from your Session will be delivered in accordance with the timeline specified in your chosen package. Details regarding image delivery will be provided upon booking. 4.6 Use of Images: You may be requested to sign a model release to allow us to use the images from your Session for promotional purposes.
